Brian. AOL/TWX. Tell me again what they have sown.

DIS had NOT come to the table for a new contract. The contract had expired in DEC. The way I got it is that DIS wanted TWX to put more DIS shows on without any extra payment. Those same addtl. shows that DIS wanted TWX to put on for free, DIS had charged their own customers. Correct me if I am wrong. The rest is something entirely diff. I bought DIS and Msft for my grandchildren. I own AOL. So I am not really taking sides, just calling it the way I see it.

AOL is pledging to have open cable. I am not for this Msft case, because of all the fall out, but everyone knows they have not been quite kosher or open. Hence their forthcoming remedies. Right?

ARBA news.
