If it weren't just so sad, it would be so funny, I'd be crying..... The standard NEA (and related) line is: we could fix it with more money...I say go back and read letters from the 1830's-1860's......good grammar, thought content, and spelling---and at considerably less than $6,000 per student.. And I "dare say" that the students in those years, in the small one room schools, knew who the current and past Presidents were.... Ah shucks...champagne please, and I don't drink in the morning...usually!
