DD on Inform Worldwide

uthabros,

I've been searching on all of this stuff all morning. Yost and Sitra are not in any of the documents, SEC or otherwise, on any of these companies....or any searching of individuals...that I can find.

And looking at the ANYI stuff.....Kroske has very few free trading shares of ANYI stock. I think most of his shares are restricted like most of the rest of the insiders. So I stand corrected on a previous post. I don't think Krosge could dump his shares even if he wanted to. I think the free-trading float on ANYI is still about 1.5 million shares.

Anyhow......There are many more details to be learned about the Inform Worldwide buyout. $12 million would be about 3 million shares....so the principals of Inform Worldwide would be ANYI's largest shareholder?

GPS is a neat area, so I'm looking forward to learning more about what these folks do....what their sales are....and their product line. They are in the process of building a new website......it is being worked on now. Here is the link. Last night it showed all of the "construction" signs....but this morning it showed a new home page for a few moments.....then went to "URL not found...bad path". I have no idea what you will find when you try. Perhaps when it is done.....we can get more info from it.

Hard to say....but I guess I do like change....and things do seem to be in a state of change. I really like what this Larry Arnold guy did at OPWR........and I hope he can do the same type of stuff for ANYI.

Just my opinion......The market sucks.....and it is garage sale time in some techs. I bought a very large internet company that is 48% owned by NBC today....for $19.50.

They have come down from $100.00+.....and have a book value of $38.50........Yikes!....Fire Sale!
