A wealth of customer, staff, and expert reviews, as well as quick delivery and a simple return process, kept Amazon.com ahead of the competition. I am a little skepticle of this since the report is unbiased. Any purchase from Barnesandnoble.com may be returned at any barnesandnoble store or at any B Dalton. Apparently shipping the product back is easier???
