FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: May 8th, 1997 NEWS RELEASE 1997 EXPLORATION BUFFALO HILLS-AB, (Diamonds) With reference to the Company's news release dated May 1, 1997. The agreement with the vendor has been amended to include a 2% net smelter return, plus the stock will be issued in two increments 50,000 shares forthwith and 50,000 upon completion of a work program and submission of an engineering report. The Company is awaiting final approval from the regulatory authorities regarding this acquisition and is preparing to have a low-level aeromagnetic survey conducted over it's property. The Company is anxious to explore all possibilities on these permits because of similarities in the geological setting between these permits and the Ashton major diamond discovery area.
