Bill:

1. We cannot remove the middle and bottom segments. We can drag both as low as possible.

2. Set up for landscape print as follows:
File --> Print Setup --> select "Landscape" button

3. Do not print indicator summary:
Tool --> System Setting --> Printing tab, uncheck the box "Print indicator summary below chart"

Now we can get a full size print with small middle and bottom segments.
