that's true. i think we will most definitely see another rally attempt in the early going. whether it will hold is a different cup of tea. i'm a lot less certain about that. imo it keeps coming back to the issue of extremely low cash-to-assets ratios at the mutual funds combined with a speeding up of insider selling due to expiring lock-ups. the market keeps on fighting a flood of paper. as long as that is the case, rallies should be sold or shorted imo.
