Zeev, I appreciate your TA, but how does your analysis account for things such as the JV announcement that indicated the Toshiba/SNDK agreement is finalized? Is the market totally deaf to such news? I am looking forward to Dr. Harari's guidance at the Shareholders' Meeting. It is the only thing that really matters to me right now. The press releases from the past few days indicate that plans are going forward as planned. Visibility is improving. Concrete steps are being taken. And I can't help thinking that most SanDisk executives and employees are baffled by today's activity in the market. I suspect they are either scratching or shaking their heads. As a generally logical person I see the severe downside reaction to recent announcements (the Lexar Media win, the stellar earnings report, the success of UMC, the formation of the FlashVision JV,...) as totally illogical. Ausdauer (confused, frustrated, but undaunted)
