Looks like after the deal there will be around 42,280,000 post split shares out. After a 14-1 reverse will leave 13,950,645/14= 996,474 post split. The transaction value is $3, $123,850,710/41,283,570= $3

CCCZ shares are now overvalued at .81 bid x14= $11.34.

CCCZ should be at .21 pre split with this transaction. However we don't know what else is coming etc.

Please keep in mind this is an extremely rough sketch.
