Maybe. But we just heard that the Chief Medical Officer (FDA employee) on this case just recommended against approval. This afternoon 22 patients and doctors will speak. Remember that there is no need to take Myotrophin away from anyone - just continue the treatment IND and require another open-label trial. Tim Wilson from UBS Securities is at the hearing. We should have a conclusion in the next couple of hours.
