just when i try to give them a compliment they make such an easy task hard.. i did my monthly request for my wire on friday.. got an email yesterday that herzog had a problem on friday so they would do monday,today i called because tuesday has now come and gone and still of course no wire.. dan looty the cashier mgr. said they had 75 request and could not get done// POINT BLANK IF YOU WANT TO GET ON CNBC AND BE WITH THE BIG BOYS THEN GET SOME DAMM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET SOME SERVICE DONE...UNREAL 75 REQUEST....IT HAS BEEN 5 HOURS SINCE MY PHONE CALL AND I AM STILL LAUGHING ABOUT THAT MICKEY MOUSE CLUB WE ARE DEALING WITH..
