I can't believe the board for Inprise hadn't investigated Cowpie before they did the deal. If they did they wouldn't be in this predicament. My call is that the shareholder will kill the deal and next kill the board. If I was a Inprise shareholder I would be fuming over the predicament they have gotten Inprise into. Who in their right mind would give the acquiring company 200 mil in cash for diddly squat in return. Oh I forgot they get one of the best smoke and mirror guys on the planet:-). JMHO Mike
