If the SEC & SFO visited SOLV, they could have only been "invited." This is because they would need a Candian search warrant to inspect the plant without SOLV'S "invitation."

Either way, SOLV did (have to) invite them in. It would look bad for SOLV if they didnt let them in.

Why would the SFO show up to investigate the mob/manipulation in trading of SOLV's stock? The SFO was there b/c of one thing PETER YOUNG.

In addition, does the SEC comment on these things? The SEC has been investigating SOLV (not the trading) since last March. That is a fact.

Im waiting for SOLV's $600 million dollar plan.

My personal opinion is that the SEC doesnt want another BreX on their hands (if SOLV is one), so that is all the more reason to pursue all large scale fraud type stocks.

In the end, the price speaks for itself. SOLV's news release didnt help any..the stock was at its weakest at 3:52.

Good Luck,
racer
