UUplink,
Yep, I'm actually thinking of altering some things, and XLA might soon be in the cards. I recently found myself directed to a reply from Raging Bull or Motley Fool concerning biased reporting on XLA, and that caught me up and made me recall again Gilders thoughts on the technology. I forget right now exactly, but really, isn't 37 still above the price of XLA the morning Gilder called it? Not much though, if so. There sure is lots of cause to believe things will play out nicely for XLA, IMO. Time will tell, I reckon, as always.
I might finally go after a little TERN too. Surprise surprise, Adelphia, the sixth largest cable operator in the states will now deploy S-CDMA AND Doscis systems from Terayon. These guys continue to surprise doubters- and unlike anyone else, have an extra base covered with S-CDMA. If Cable operators find noise in cities is a problem even with Hybrid Fiber Coax(HFC) employed, S-CDMA would find quite a market, IMO, being likely the low cost and reliable near term solution. They have Docsis covered with or without S-CDMA in it (Short seller Pluvia's fraudulent and official report falsely claiming TERN offers only proprietary products(i.e. not Cablelabs/Docsis certified) for sale not withstanding), and may soon have other bases covered too.
