My take is that Xicor has no fundamental problems and just failed at setting proper expectations to the investment community. This company has PSR of about 1. Hard to find such a value in this business. (I plan on accumulating some more once I feel a little bit more convinced that there are no gotchas here.) Chuck, I don't think not setting proper expectations to the investment community usually results in a President's (sorry, not CEO) resignation. I would watch this one closely....it looks to me like something is rotten. ted
