1 1/4 on 24,500 shares. Trades 3/16 off its 52 week low. Co needs $. Per the company, management is again seeking additional funds/dilution and stock is trading at pre $8 million private placement. Company also represented that selling pressure is due to SEC 144s intent to sale insider shares coming onto the market, more dilution.
