Sarkie,

lol, when ever the lottery gets this big I go in my backyard and light a few singles on fire. They produce a very nice color when they burn and then I am least feel I got something in exchange for them.

Everyone,

Something I have been doing lately that is really helping me. Maybe you can try it too.

I used to be the "big range stud". I would go to the local range and hit ball after ball into the fence. Blah, blah, blah. Trouble was that this "range" swing did not come with me to the course.

So what I have been doing is forcing myself to play golf at the range. I spend maybe 50% of the time swinging just one club at a time to get it grooving, but then I start playing holes like I am on the course. I have found this forces me to set-up for every shot like I would on the course and makes me make a "cold" swing with the club. IMO it is only a players ability to hit these "cold" swings that means anything.

Hope someone out there who is perplexed by the "range stud to course geek" flip flop can find some value in this idea.

Monte might become number two this week. He looked good this past weekend. Great field at the Nelson. Should be a good show.

Have a good one all and keep swinging.
