Entertainment Boulevard and EnterTech Media Group Enter Into a Content Creation and Partnership Agreement

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2000--Entertainment Boulevard Inc. (OTCBB:EBLD), one of the leading providers of streaming entertainment-related media over the Internet, today announced an agreement with EnterTech Media Group, a film production and technology company based in Los Angeles, that specializes in utilizing the latest technology and techniques in the creation and distribution of content.

Under the agreement, EnterTech and Entertainment Boulevard's CGI subsidiary, Digital Muse, will collaborate to provide original and creatively cutting-edge programming for the Internet and telephone-based technologies. It is also anticipated by the partners that the programming will be released theatrically by EnterTech and sold on DVD and Video.

It is intended to expand Entertainment Boulevard's Vidnet.com (http://www.vidnet.com) and EnterTech's Web sites to include areas devoted to original and re-purposed 3D content as well as specific genres of entertainment, including Science Fiction and children's programming.

EnterTech is the new company of producer John Daly. Daly's successes include his former production and distribution company's achieving 21 Oscars and unprecedented back-to-back "Best Picture" awards for "Platoon" and "The Last Emperor."

"Following our recently announced partnership and share exchange with Talk Visual (OTCBB:TVCP), this is our second major strategic move in as many months," stated Daly.

Vidnet and EnterTech, along with EnterTech's technology partners Talk Visual and Pedagog Systems of the United Kingdom, will exhibit Talk Visual's recently launched TV225 videophone and Pedagog's "Video over the Cellular Network" technology at the Cannes Film Festival May 10 through May 21, 2000.

By employing these technologies, Vidnet will be able to offer its content to visitors to their site who are on the move or have a Video telephone on their desk.

Talk Visual, Pedagog and EnterTech recently agreed to deliver a broad selection of news, weather, movies, music, video and live interactive entertainment over ISDN and DSL telephone lines to TV225 videophone owners in their homes, businesses and public locations worldwide as well as via cellular telephones to users of Windows CE platform PDAs such as Microsoft's recently announced Pocket PC.

"We're extremely excited at the creative direction our original programming business can now take," said Stephen Brown, Vidnet's chief executive officer.

"This relationship has the potential to allow us to rapidly develop not only the amount and variety of original content that we can provide to our visitors, but also allow them to have access to our site in fundamentally new ways. Furthermore, we and EnterTech intend to work closely together to seek out other synergistic alliances and acquisitions."

EnterTech's president and CEO, Mark Tolner, stated: "I believe that the widely discussed convergence of technologies has taken a further, significant step forward with this agreement and that the concept of incorporation of content into the business models of communications providers such as those of our partners Talk Visual and Pedagog is not only sound but fundamentally important if the consumer is to be provided with the finest possible entertainment seamlessly and conveniently."
