Well it looks like this will go down in the text books as a well laid out scam. I wonder if there was ever going to be a sale of GRIC or was that also a part of the scam (probably). Interesting (even though it hurts) that BRE-X and GIFS were uncovered at the same time.

I doubt that we will see $.05 per share. If there is a class action suit it appears that there may be no assets to go after and if there were some, the lawyers will get 99%. I doubt that the "auditor" has much money.
