I know very little about the mechanisms of class action suits and was wondering if ALL shareholders will be benefitting from them or only those that have contacted a lawyer. Also if there is a settlement is it determined by the number of shares a person was holding at a particular date or over a period of time. I have been debating on whether to see a lawyer but am not sure that there will be enough money to spread around to make it worthwhile.
