The release didn't change my attitude. I saw a very similar denial in the ZITL case. The very next day ZITL blindsided their faithful investors with an admission that they were going to have to make substantial changes in their product. The stock dropped about 15 points, and the threats of shareholder lawsuits started flying. If you don't mind wading through a few thousand posts, have a look on the ZITL thread and you'll see what I mean. I realize history doesn't necessarily repeat, but SOLV and ZITL have much in common with respect to credibility.
