Weak drop. 28 was the holding point. 200 shares were offered at 28 1/16 continuously. Next best offer was 28 3/4. Somebody's agenda got on board and offered 4300 at 28 1/16. She broke.

Theory. There is not really any selling interest.

Right now we got 100 offered at 28
100 at 28 1/4
100 at 28 1/4
300 at 28 1/2
100 at 28 11/16
100 at 28 7/8
then some at 29 plus.
