LOL Jake sounds like you have be watching CNBS! All you have to do is turn on the TV or pick up the news papers to hear all about the interest rate fears and how the Fed & Greenie are going to slam the brakes on the economy. Think we have gone way overboard on this topic lately. I am starting to have the feeling that Bear markets do not just happen by certain elements in the economy but are well thought out, carefully planned agendas by the higher powers of our government. [Not saying that we are in one yet] Can't have to many people prospering from the great stock market gains of recent years because then to many people might enjoy better lives and there will not be enough workers around willing to do the dirtier jobs in society.
