<<If I'm not mistaken the stocks you're referring to, are the ones that they had to sell to PA to satisfy the deal, so it wasn't a case of selling to take a profit!>>

When you say... " the ones that they HAD to sell to PA to satisfy the deal "...

Lets look at that statement for a second...

They, Go2net's Officers, were absolutely brilliant in that they negotiated a deal in which THEY got $300 Million in the form of a cash infusion to help grow the company but also included the GUARANTEE of PERSONAL success by demanding a buyout of their personal holdings...

This way they can claim that they have never sold a share of their company and are holding fast and true while at the same time taking $126 Million and putting it in their pockets...

Just listen to that CNN Stuart Varney interview back in December when he states that Russ has never sold a share of his $350 Million (at that time ) stake...

Well, yeah...Russ never sold one stinking share ON THE OPEN MARKET... BUT he personally pocketed $90 MILLION of THE $126 MILLION thru the PA DEAL... Which was a private transaction...

And there you go...Not a bad take on 2 years of building a net business...

And he still holds nearly 3 Million shares...NOW THOSE shares have never been sold... BIG DEAL...

Let's see some of the $90 Million be put back into GNET stock if they have such a bright future...

Heck... He can now get in on a 12% discount to his $45 Sale Price of a year ago!!

BARGAIN!
