I'd never used the magnifier 'til today.

Upon closing the program, it has somehow taken hold of IE 4 and has messed with the actions of the min/max button. Also, it has altered the colors of the Title Bar. Instead of one solid color across the bar, it goes from Dark Blue to irridescent purple on the active bar, and light grey to Forest Green on the inactive bar. These colors go from left to right.

I've never seen this before. It looks rather pretty but it is not the same as before I ran magnifier.

I assume I need to go into the registry to fix this. I have re-booted one time.

Does anyone have an opinions or observations on my dilemma?
