Downward influences today: Big Surprise: Intel motherboard problem that will be material to results. Cisco released earnings last night and warned that parts shortages could crimp future earnings. Motorola downgraded this morning. AMAT and DELL Earnings to be released today and tomorrow. Fed Reserve meeting on the 16th. Too much bad news this morning .. and the momentum was down.
