Actually they are shipping stop-gap Accura 56K that is software upgradeable to K56flex but we dont know how it will upgrade to the new ITU standard. The Rok camp continues to confuse. IF you go with USRX you are guaranteed SOFTWARE up-grade to the ITU standard. However, the consumer could further be confused if 3Com drops the U.S.Robotics brandname as planned.
