If I knew I'd be happy to tell you.As far as I know there is no deadline on that, which is why I think the judge has created an uneven playing field, and why I hope RT has filed an intention to Appeal. That's the only way he can keep the negotiating door open IMHO.

WillP might have a better idea since he talks to all those people direct, and I just mostly lurk and think.
