The replacement of sdram by rdram is a good move.

The customers probably purchased the 820 with an eventual move to rdram in mind - kid of the raison d'etre for buying the 820.

I still think the financial impacts will be negligible.

I am critical of how long its taken for them to acknowledgethe mth fiasco.
