That would show up as a high volume decline, which this is not IMHO. The pressure on the sell side is forcing the market down, agreed, that may be because of alot of paper on the offer, the point is however, the decline is orderly and on low volume...dats bullish.
If you are referring to the paper in the dot coms.....ultimately who cares? If "wondersnob.com" president wants to flush his own stock this is not relevant to the market....it is only relevant if you personally own 7 million shares of wondersnob.com? N'est pas?
