Is it really a crisis when they were not responsible for the price being bid beyond what the fundamentals of the compnay can support? Many internet companies are in the same boat.

I hope we hear something before earnings, but I don't want to hear a short term, stop gap bullsh*t press realease trying to boost the stock.

I want to hear about them buying other internet properties at bargain prices. Other properties that are profitable. I want to hear about the broadband opportunity. I want to hear about partnerships that will be accretive the bottom line. I want them to be real news not fluff. And come earnings I want to hear profits, profits, porifts.

Many investors, during down times, start to call for drastic measures. Lawsuits, Buy backs, etc. I wil maintain that this is not a crisis. This is caused by a change in perception, not a change in business.

If there is a real crisis it is how to continue to grow the business as the economy slows down. Spending cash reserves on big marketing campaings or to attract coverage may not be the best way to do that. Making rash decisions to appease unhappy shareholders may not be in the shareholders best interest.

As I said before I want them to stay focused on the business and let the stock price take care of itself. The stock price is supposed to be tied to the performance of the company. Let's make sure the company performs in a sustainable manner.
