Hi Dude.... It the DJIA went to 41 and change but it occurred in July of 1932.

The top of 381 was Sept 3rd of 1929.

The Nikkei Market topped out on Dec 31st of 1989 just @ around 39400 and fell down to about 16 K by the summer of
1992. It then traded in a broad range of before hitting
12000 and change in 1999.
