US Loans is an inactive Florida Corp (dissolved in September for not filing their 1999 annual statement.). The sole director is Frank G. Pinnizotto. That's a pleasant payoff for all the good IR he did. Bet he wishes he sold back at $20. The phone number is 813-538-2274 from the 1998 FL filing.
