re: We will not have a true and healthy correction until the last buy-on-the-dipster is beaten into whimpering submission. That depends on how deep a dip you buy. Buy on 5, 10, 20% dips, and you'll be whimpering. Buy on 40, 50, 60% dips, you'll be smiling. Everything I've bought for the last 4 years, has been sitting on multi-year low PEs when I bought it. This rule has made me miss some opportunities, but has also kept me out of a world of trouble.
