Hi Bob I'm by no means a law expert, just a duped Bre-x shareholder. I have been in contact with Paul Yetter out of Houston Texas (the lawyer recommended by Greg Chorney) he says that they are not only targeting Bre-x but any of the companies that were involved with the property. So with company insurance coverages we should see some return. I was told today that Bre-x has a 1 BILLION dollar coverage. They work on a percentage basis of the award so there is no cash out lay on our part. He said he will call me back with further details. I will ask him the questions that you have put forth.
