I've thought all along that RAMBUSes best hope was Intel getting into the RDRAM business.
Right not it looks like "no" hope.
I see either one of two things happening.
1. Intel sticks with RAMBUS....bringing Intel further despair.
2. Intel giving up on RAMBUS and RAMBUS taking just a niche market. Intel takes a hit now but comes back with a decent 133BX DDR chipset. Solano i815 gets them there.
Heads roll at Intel either way...
