I was told yesterday that they finally " found " some of my money . that's the good news - unfortunately , today , it STILL does not reflect in my account . and my requests for " where is it ???" have gone unanswered. I know, I know - I'm supposed to get on the phone and scream like a baboon beccaue that is the only thing that works with these people - and I am so sick and tired of being on the phone screaming with them and attempting to find my money. this is ridiculous. i don't care how good the trading platform was - when you can't get your money tracked correctly , it just isn't worth it Oh - BTW - I guess I'm one of the lucky ones ... I did get some cash transferred to me... now they are charging me MARGIN on my money that they have misappropriated.
