I am long and you are more than welcome to check on this thread and GG thread.I am also a little concerned about the announcement.I don't like companies issuing new shares to customers of theirs. It is financing and dilution of shares.There is no need to Issue those shares unless your cashflow has question marks.I read one of posts from a poster who had attended the annual meeting and he was very weary of the company as they sidestepped a lot of important issues in the Q&A. Given the recent lesson we have all learnt,I prefer to do my own homework than listen to some company PR.I bought at 82 and looking at a huge loss and plan on holding but should I see wishy washy explanation on the deal from the management, I am out. Just because,I and others have questions on the deal,it does not make us the enemy as I am a shareholder like everyone else and have the right to question something that is not clear.
