Eli and Zeev,

I spoke with Jerry Evans this afternoon in order to gain a clearer understanding of the fundamental reasons for investing in a GRNO processor. We also discussed the very points that you brought up regarding R-12 recycling. He agreed that they were predicting R-12 "sunset" occurring around the year 2000. By that time most vehicles will utilize the newer refrigerant, which they also package and sell and they are in the process of repositioning that side of the business toward establishing a larger presence in this refrigerant market.

In regards to yesterday's announcement, Jerry Evans stated that they became aware of GRNO through the mutual relationship both companies share with Microcap. They have closely watching GRNO's progress since last October and Jerry confessed to me that EVSI had initally been skeptical towards the process. (EVSI's management is extremely conservative and Jerry's father, who has built EVSI from one gas station to a $160+ million company does not believe in carrying excessive debt)

EVSI management visited Charleston several months ago and had their engineers going over the entire process not less than 30 days ago. Jerry Evans relayed that EVSI has been patiently observing over this time period in order to fully assess the viability of the process before committing to an order. They are now satisfied that GRNO's machine does what Bill claims it will do, and are now in the process of drawing up the necessary documents involving the joint venture arrangement with RecOil.

While he is unwilling to confirm that the J-V is a "done deal" as both boards of directors for EVSI and RecOil have yet to approve it, he sees little opposition to consumating the agreement in the near-term future. Plans are to have the unit operational NLT October-November.

And I also confirmed that they will be paying in cash... :0)

For those who doubt the authenticity of this report, you can contact EVSI at 409-245-2424 and ask for Jerry Evans. I highly encourage you to do so. It is also worth taking the time to investigate EVSI. I am having a full diligence packet delivered to me.

Regards,

Ron
