This is wonderful information. The question is - Does OCTL have a market for their product? There are numerous products that receive awards but can you sell them? Investors want to see sails and growth. What is the short term future for OCTL? I guess that question will pan out over the next few months. I am betting on OCTL, mostly because I own OCTL, that the price may see 20 buy summers end. Any other opinions? jeremy
