Frank, you seem to forget that during the Clinton-Greenspan ere, we have experienced both enormous economic growth and enormous increase in stockholder value.

Frankly, shallow analyses, as yours, adds little to understanding. I have no problem with anyone's political choices, but simplistic thinking adds nothing.
