Jack, I printed out your package progress (they call THAT progress!) and will give it to my boss in the AM. Ya, UPS should spend more time on quality delivery and less time hasseling us drivers over production allowances! Pete P.S. I do believe our on-time frequency for the most part is above the industry average.
