My information came from the company's IR person and from company literature. They have regulatory approval granted in China and pending in India. Approval has also been granted in Panama, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Uganda, Rwanda, Italy, Greece, Ukraine, Russia & Korea. I have no idea how they plan on financing the China facility.
