97% bulls in the buck...that's quite a few. where did you see that figure?? the put/call ratio today was .68 and here we are 34% off the top and people are still buying more calls than puts. One thing to remember is the OEX is only 13% off of it's high... so the Broader Market has not had a 30+ percent decline. John
