Well, I sincerely hope that everybody is correct in assuming that the deal is going to be killed one way or another.

I myself remain pretty much convinced that Fuller/BOD still want the brain-dead deal to go through, and will try to sell the same brain-dead deal with an improved ratio. Having said that however, I believe also that we have now a better chance that the institutional holders may vote it down.

Someone said on the Yahoo board that nothing beats the P/E (price/entertainment) ratio of INPR. Well that may be true except that it has been a steep price to pay for the brain-dead entertainment.
