I found this link to Yahoo post on AMD site:
messages.yahoo.com

Many numbers are quoted directly from Jerry Sanders during the annual shareholders meeting. Go to www.amd.com and listen to the 1 hour meeting in Real Audio Format.

Q2 FY2000

Total Revenue:

$1.233 Billion

Expenses:

Deprec. & Amort.: $150 Million
Cost of Sales: $478 Million
R & D: $162 Million
M,G & A: $155 Million

Total: $945 Million (Directly quoted from Jerry Sanders during the annual shareholders meeting. Go to www.amd.com to listen to it.)

Operating Income = Net Income because of 0% tax rate secondary to large net operating loss carryovers from FY1997 to FY1999(email AMD investor relations to verify for yourself).

Net Income = $288 Million = $1.89/share for Q2

Revenue Details

Athlon Units = 1.8 million units
K6 Units = 4.7 million units
Total Units = 6.5 million units (implied by Jerry Sanders during annual meeting)

Athlon ASP = $250 (calculated number based on Q1 Athlon ASPs, and statement made by Jerry Sanders during the annual shareholders meeting)
K6 ASP = $53 (directly quoted from Sanders)
Blended ASP = $107

Athlon Revenue = $450 Million
K6 Revenue = $249 Million
Total = $699 Million

Memory Group: $353 Million (assuming high single digit growth from Q1's $327 million as per Jerry Sanders during the annual shareholder meeting)

Communications Group: $111 Million (assuming 10% growth as per Sanders during the annual meeting.)

Total Revenue: $1.233 Billion

Copy and Save this for future reference and comparison.

To dispute any numbers, please link to your source. All my numbers are directly quoted or calculated from facts presented during the Q1 earnings conference call or the annual shareholders meeting.
