I think that a major will buy this company IF Manhattan can show that they have the town on side to move with a reasonable capital cost. If not, well they are spending shareholders money on the wrong things which is what I have said for some time. They are dragging out the promotion so they can sell stock on a basis that they don't have to report it. The plan is upsidedownandwrong.
