Hello Russet, Goalie, Elizabeth & Crudestope
Its 2:25am and I am starting to know way too much about every detail of the floor tile in our BR.
Russet: Your thoughts harken back to numerous posts I made over the past two years. Be in Africa if you can make money there, but the market doesn't trust third or even second world plays unless you are a very very big boy and of course SUF is not.
The market wants to hear about first world exploration success and preferably close to a city, power and/or highway.
WSP has market value albeit modest while SUF has non for one simple reason, a top quality Canadian asset and a promotion/PR machine. SUF has neither, but certainly good cash flow and increadible African potential but that and $2.30 up here will buy you a decent cup of java. To build a company foundation, you need those great assets no matter where they are, but the market will never assign significant value unless they are in a free market and law abiding country.
Brazil was supposed to have cleaned up its act four years ago to attract foreign multi-nationals. Are you saying things have slid back to the same old same old...? I find the suggestion that the environmental lobby has found a home in a country with Brazil's record in the Amazon to be something of a lark.
Are you saying that DB's abandoned their mine south of SUF? That is the first I have heard of that. Can you direct me to news sources on these matters?
Glad to hear that you are still around and toughing it out. Hard to let go of the story isn't it.
Goalie: Thanks for the advice, but I have had just about enough of spinning rooms thank you. No rumsky for this sailor. I gather you received your AR. Not unusual for me not to up here as mine usually arrives by dog sled about three weeks after yours.
To say the current BOD has dropped the ball would be the understatement of all time, but then can you remember one in the history of this company that has done its job?
I love CJ, LB and HB truly, as it is men like that that make companies, but no BOD has ever given them good advice or guidance nor has any ever hired and maintained a PR crew that had the slightest idea of what they were doing.
Hope the Halibut are filling your boat.
Elizabeth: I truly respect your insights and appreciate your offer. You bring a clarity and dispassionat perspective to speculation that I have always failed to. Which is usually why I ride my winners all the way down to where I bought them and then some. I would be more than pleased to provide you with any insights that I might have, but I am by no means an expert on geology nor a geologist. You probably know more about the subject than I do, but if I can help on anything I will certainly try.
I have been called many things but never a conundrum.
Crudestope: What can I say. It doesn't take a genius to tell that the world don't care a hill of beans about the hopes and dreams of the two of us. This could just be the beginning of a beautiful friendship,... Louie... (or something like that)
If CJ wants mine he is welcome to them but I am not sure they will put him over the top.
I love the 70% especially for that price but like the man said, its a crazy world.
Here's looking at you kid.
I gotta lay of the Gravol
Good night all
