Do you really think that the above is true. I would say that your thinking may be a little mis-directed. The Clinton-Greenspan era is still here and I do not think that many can say that they look at their portfolios and see enormous shareholder value. It is pretty stupid to wreck the financial markets during an election year but in case you are not aware that is exactly what happened. We may be in a recession before the years' end. I do not think that will do the party any good for re-election.
