Runner, Form 10 (according to Edgar): This is the general form for registration of securities pursuant to section 12(b) or (g) of the '34 Act of classes of securities of issuers for which no other form is prescribed. It requires certain business and financial information about the issuer. Alydaar's Form 10 - 12G/A sec.gov It's somewhat bind-boggling to me that a company with such financials now has $33M in contracts. However, considering we're looking at an estimated $600B problem, we're only seeing the tip of the iceberg! - Jeff
